Imaging is actively seeking a Sensor Characterization Specialist in Waterloo who can develop and hold responsibility for test settings focusing on CMOS Image Sensors. You will work closely with Sensor Leads to identify optimal sensor performance and mentor novice engineers in best practices and techniques. Key Responsibilities:
Engage in first power-up of current CMOS Image Sensors
Complete full electro-optical characterization and testing
Record, analyze, and report key performance metrics
Develop and modify test software and infrastructure
Support sensor integration into imaging applications Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Physics or Engineering discipline
Background in image sensing or imaging technologies
Proficiency in Python3, MATLAB, and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with oscilloscopes and related devices
Experience with FPGA and Microprocessor programming Make a difference in image technology and sensor optimization at Teledyne.
