Key Responsibilities:



• Provide guests with personalized service that meets AAA standards • Conduct regular maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces • Manage outdoor landscaping and grounds duties • Participate in maintenance projects including painting and repairs • Maintain a proactive preventative maintenance schedule

Requirements: • Two years of experience in a hospitality maintenance role • Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License required • Solid customer interaction skills • Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs • Familiarity with HVAC systems and tools
