Develop and implement engaging student leadership programs
Coordinate recruitment and training for peer mentors
Support daily operations of the Peer Mentor Program
Maintain online platforms for student leadership resources
Collect and evaluate data on student engagement trends Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education
At least 3 years of experience with student mentorship
Expertise in crafting and delivering community-driven programs
Solid presentation and communication skills
