Role Type: Senior AI Engineering

Location: Toronto, ON

Experience: 6–10+ years

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our technology strategy team and build production-grade AI/GenAI solutions that improve customer experiences, automation, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop agentic AI/LLM workflows using RAG, tool/function calling, prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
Build and maintain Knowledge Graphs using Neo4j/Cypher and/or MongoDB Atlas.
Implement GraphRAG, vector search, embeddings , and grounded AI solutions.
Develop MCP tool servers and A2A interfaces , including integration with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Establish AI evaluation, grounding, guardrails, and anti-hallucination frameworks.
Deploy and operate AI solutions using CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, logging, monitoring, and tracing .
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver secure,



explainable, and production-ready AI systems.

Required Skills:
6–10 years of production software engineering experience with recent hands-on AI/LLM production delivery .
Robust Java/JVM experience; Kotlin or Scala is an asset.
Solid software engineering practices: Git, code reviews, automated testing, clean design, structured logging .
Hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, structured/JSON outputs, and tool calling .
Experience with Neo4j/Cypher, MongoDB Atlas, vector databases/search, and embeddings .
Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs, MCP, A2A, AI document generation, cloud AI services, CI/CD, and observability .
Experience building enterprise-scale AI systems in production .
