TMX Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to lead a global team of compensation specialists under the Head of Total Rewards. You will align pay structures and programs with market practices while partnering with senior leaders and HR partners.

The role reports to the Head, Total Rewards within the Talent and Total Rewards team. You will oversee job evaluation, equity administration, annual market surveys, and collaborate with finance on salary planning and forecasts.
