As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead an in office guard team, coordinate smooth bridge operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. This fast-paced role focuses on mobilizing personnel, building trust, and driving team collaboration across all shifts to fill an active vacancy within the organization.

Responsibilities for Supervisor Security Guard




Lead and schedule in office guards while ensuring full protocol compliance.
Monitor bridge operations, traffic flow, and coordinate with the Bridge Patrol team on live incidents.
Oversee site safety, access control systems, emergency readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate routine inspections and upgrades with engineering and maintenance teams.
Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and bridge performance metrics.
Maintain clear communication with HHB staff, the public, emergency services, and municipal authorities.

Qualifications for Supervisor Security Guard
Able to have a valid Security Guard Licence.
Experience in security and team management.
Excellent leadership skills with a proven tracking record of mobilizing teams.
First Aid Certification (Mandatory / An Asset).
Be authorized to work in Canada.
