Key Responsibilities
Manage and operate vendor portals for major retailers such as Loblaws and Walmart
Process and manage POs and orders through EDI systems
Handle current product Item Setup / Product Listing
Prepare and manage Sales Projections / Forecasts
Monitor retailer POs, inventory, and shipment-related activities
Maintain product information,



pricing, UPCs, and other retail data
Communicate with retail buyers and partners via email
Provide general administrative and sales support

Qualifications
Korean and English bilingual skills
Experience with Loblaws, Walmart, or other major retailer vendor portals preferred
Experience using EDI systems
Experience with retail item setup and product listings
Experience preparing sales forecasts or projections
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong English communication and business email skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible

Preferred Experience
Experience in Canadian Retail, CPG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods
Experience with Walmart Retail Link or Loblaws vendor systems
Knowledge of retail PO, inventory, and logistics processes
