Configure and implement core RMS system functionalities
Define goals and expectations for customer projects
Track actual progress against established timelines
Engage with users to identify workflow requirements
Relay relevant insights to diverse teams Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
Proven Law Enforcement RMS experience
Experience with MSSQL or Oracle preferred
Comfort with SSRS reporting and Microsoft Power BI is ideal
