About the Role

This organization is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations. Reporting into the Production Manager, you'll take ownership of shift performance — keeping safety, quality, and throughput on track while developing the people underneath you.

Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day enforcement of production standards — safety, quality, yield, labour costing, union relations, HACCP, and BRC compliance
Deliver hands-on training and coaching to production staff,



ensuring GMP practices and procedures are consistently followed across the shift
Contribute to ongoing process improvement, helping shape SOPs and departmental policy
Represent the shift during internal and external audits, leading investigations and corrective action plans when issues arise

Qualifications
Hands-on supervisory background in a food or beverage manufacturing setting
Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, and broader food safety compliance frameworks
A track record of coaching and developing frontline teams, with the ability to hold people accountable
