The Chance: We are looking for an individual to provide full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties and to add value to the BGO Real Estate Services team and clients. What You Will Do: Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly financial statements in accordance with accounting standards, policies, budgets, and internal/client requirements. Financial Analysis: Analyze budget-to-actual variances and investigate discrepancies or outstanding issues. Tax Compliance: Reconcile and remit GST/HST and other applicable taxes, assessments, and related obligations. Cash Management: Monitor cash positions, major monthly expenditures, mortgage payments, payroll, management fees, taxes, capital/leasing costs, and owner distributions.
