The successful candidate will leverage their civil construction expertise to supervise field operations, directing crews, equipment, and resources effectively. Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities will be key to driving project success in a variety of locations across Western Canada. Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily field activities for construction and maintenance
Manage safety compliance measures for active projects




Coordinate labor and equipment usage for efficiency
Monitor job quality and resolve on-site issues promptly
Complete daily reports and ensure documentation is accurate Requirements:
Previous foreman experience in civil construction
