With over five years of experience, you'll create and deliver customized programs that comply with Ontario's OH&S; legislation. You'll work closely with clients, helping them develop safety cultures that significantly reduce workplace risks. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver interactive, outcomes-focused safety training sessions
Conduct safety gap audits and assess current safety programs
Provide actionable recommendations for legislative compliance




Support the development of safety policies and procedures
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality training and consulting services Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in adult education or safety training
Advanced knowledge of Ontario safety regulations
Proven experience in safety audits and assessments
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
