Become an integral part of Kingston Health Sciences Centre as an Occupational Health Nurse (RN). Focus on enhancing employee health and safety as part of a dedicated team. This position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse with a minimum of five years of experience in occupational health nursing, especially within unionized health environments.

Your role will include comprehensive health assessments, case management, and collaboration with external healthcare entities. Your expertise will help maintain a secure and healthy workplace for all employees. Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee health issues and fitness-to-work assessments
Assess workplace-related injuries and provide referrals
Administer immunizations and deliver health education
Analyze medical information for capacity and accommodation needs
Keep clinical documentation accurate and up-to-date Requirements:
Relevant nursing diploma or equivalent
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
At least five years of relevant nursing experience
Consideration for COHN-C certification or equivalent
