Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Winnipeg, MB. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling deliveries, managing driver schedules, communicating with drivers to ensure timely and productive delivery, and resolving any operational issues. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of delivery times and routes, providing updates to customers, and ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations.

Qualifications
Solid communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage schedules and coordinate logistics
Experience in problem-solving and resolving operational issues
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
