Job Summary Join our dynamic construction site team as a Construction Cleaner, working Tuesday through Friday mornings from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness and safety of the construction workplace by performing detailed cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of construction areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and debris removal to maintain a tidy work environment
Clean and disinfect tools, equipment, and common areas to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Remove trash and waste materials from the site regularly to prevent hazards and clutter
Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as restocking supplies or reporting repairs needed
Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to promote a secure worksite




Support the team by ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored for easy access
Collaborate with construction staff to coordinate cleaning schedules that align with project timelines

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning, preferably within commercial or construction environments
Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and safety procedures
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are achieved
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues promptly
Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks in various conditions
