Become our Electrical Maintenance Lead, responsible for electrical work in a state-of-the-art production facility. Lead a talented team while ensuring secure and productive operations. As an Electrical Lead reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your primary responsibility is overseeing the electrical maintenance department.

This role includes troubleshooting machinery and working closely with the Maintenance Planner to manage projects. You will also mentor apprentices striving for their Class C Electrical Licence, all while upholding safety compliance throughout the department. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance, repair, and replacement of electrical systems
Diagnose and adjust production equipment issues




Efficiently respond to emergency and service calls
Follow-up on electrical projects with the Maintenance Planner
Assist apprentice electricians in licensure attainment Requirements:
DEC or DEP in Electromechanics or Electricity
Five or more years of experience in electrical production roles
Valid Class C Electrical Licence required
Working towards a General Contractor Licence preferred
Proactive, resourceful problem-solving skills Utilize your leadership in electrical maintenance to guide and enhance our production team.
