The Opportunity: Branch Manager – Deloraine, MB

We are seeking a results-oriented and community-minded leader to oversee the operations of our Deloraine branch and activities within clearly defined policies and procedures. This is a key

leadership role with the opportunity to shape branch success and strengthen relationships in a vibrant, growing community.

What You Will Do





- Organizesanddirectsdaily activitiesof boththedepositand loanportfolios,whichmay becomprisedofdeposits, credit, commercial, agricultural lending, mortgagesand
- investments
- Conductsemployeeperformanceappraisals
- Coachesanddevelopsemployeeperformance
- Conductsstaffmeetingsandoverseesoperationalconcerns
- WorkstomaintaintheCreditUnion'simage andprofilein thecommunitybysupportingand attending communityevents
- Initiatesactiontoimprove branchefficiency,maintainspropersecurityprocedures, and adherestoestablished credit union policiesandprocedures

What You Will Bring

We are looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for people and community. Ideal candidates will possess:

- Abachelor’s degree in business,finance,orarelatedfield
- Aproventrackrecordofleadership
- Strongexperienceinlending(commercial,ag,mortgage)andfinancialadvisoryservices
- Strategicthinkinganddecision-makingcapabilities,pairedwithoperationalknow-how
- Knowledgeofthefinancial industry, trendsandtheCreditUnionAdvantage
- Completionofindustry-related education(e.g.,CUIC Studies)ispreferred
- Adeep understandingofruralcommunitydynamicsandthevalueofcommunityengagement
