In this role, you will assist students with inquiries and facilitate assessments efficiently. This term position encompasses 17.5 hours per week with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

As a key member of the Assessment Centre team, you will ensure a seamless experience for students, addressing their needs with professionalism while maintaining accurate records and data management. Key Responsibilities:
Manage inquiries related to assessment processes
Conduct assessments and maintain security of test materials
Provide clear information on program prerequisites and admission policies




Analyze and distribute assessment results to the appropriate departments
Support the continuous improvement of assessment procedures Requirements:
Completion of two years post-secondary education
Three years relevant public-facing experience
Competency with MS Office and college databases
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
