Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
Follow proper food safety procedures at all times, including sanitation practices
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality




Support meal preparation for special events or catering as needed

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or food industry setting is preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
Familiarity with various cooking methods and kitchen equipment
Experience in meal preparation, food service, and serving guests is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
