Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years serving experience in a fine dining or upscale workplace
Solid knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairing principles
Ability to balance multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a professional, guest-first approach
Smart Serve (or equivalent) certification
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable, attentive, and refined service to guests
Guide guests through menu selections, offering thoughtful food and beverage recommendations




Anticipate guest needs and manage service flow with poise
Accurately input orders and handle cash/POS transactions
Maintain dining room presentation and assist with side duties as required
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, elevated dining experience
