Position Overview

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, preparing smoothies and food items to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and helping ensure the store runs efficiently.

Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare smoothies, juices, wraps, snacks, and other menu items according to Booster Juice standards
Operate the POS system and process cash, debit, and credit transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Prepare ingredients and restock supplies as needed
Keep equipment, counters, floors, and customer areas clean
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Provide rapid and friendly service during busy periods
Answer customer questions and handle requests professionally
Work effectively as part of a team
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards





Qualifications
Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is an asset
No previous experience required – full training will be provided
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Friendly and outgoing personality
Reliable and punctual
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Food Safe certification is an asset
