We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook specializing in Grill and Tandoor preparation to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of grilled and tandoor-cooked dishes with precision and consistency, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation.
Follow established recipes and food handling procedures to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as marinating, seasoning, chopping, and portioning ingredients for optimal cooking results.
Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, tandoors, ovens, and other cooking appliances.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.




Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food quality.
Support overall food service operations by assisting with meal assembly and ensuring productive workflow during busy periods.

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service environment.
Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, tandoor cooking methods, and food handling safety practices.
Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions accurately while maintaining consistency.
Excellent understanding of kitchen safety protocols and proper use of kitchen equipment.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth service delivery.
Passion for creating flavorful dishes that meet high standards of quality and presentation.
Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly desirable for success in this role.
