Job Summary

We are currently hiring Feeders to join our client's production team in Etobicoke. This is a physically active production position suited for reliable individuals who are comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The Feeder will be responsible for keeping production and printing equipment continuously supplied with molded plastic containers and lids while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities
Unpack molded plastic containers and lids from boxes.
Feed molded plastic containers and lids into printing presses using in-feed elevators and spin bars.
Keep printing machines continuously supplied with product.
Monitor the flow of product and ensure equipment remains properly supplied.
Clean printing presses and maintain a clean and organized production area.
Remove waste and assist with general cleanup around production equipment.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.




Perform other general production duties as required.

Requirements
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labour experience is an asset but not required.
Must be comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Schedule & Breaks

Hours: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM (continental)
Two 15-minute breaks
One 30-minute lunch
