We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Real Estate Runner / Field Support team member to assist our busy real estate team with day-to-day listing and operational needs.

This is primarily an on-the-road, hands-on role that requires regular driving to properties and other locations throughout the day. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to manage changing priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

What You'll Do
Install and remove lockboxes, signs, and other listing materials
Deliver marketing packages, feature sheets, client gifts, and other materials
Complete property visits to ensure homes are ready for showings, photography, open houses, and listing launches
Pick up and drop off keys, documents, supplies, and other items as needed
Run miscellaneous errands and complete operational tasks that support the sales team
Assist with light administrative duties, including scheduling, email correspondence,



and organizing listing documents
Communicate with team members throughout the day regarding completed tasks, property updates, and any issues that arise

We're Looking For Someone Who
Is available to work approximately 20–40 hours per week
Has a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Is comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday driving between locations
Is highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Is dependable, punctual, and responsive
Has robust communication and problem-solving skills
Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in their work
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Is adaptable and comfortable with day-to-day responsibilities changing based on the needs of the team

Mileage and gas will be reimbursed for work-related travel.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
