Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items according to established recipes and standards
Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining consistency, presentation, and quality
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Support the team during busy service periods by ensuring timely meal preparation and delivery
Stock and organize kitchen supplies, ingredients, and utensils to ensure smooth operations




Collaborate with team members to uphold excellent food service standards and guest satisfaction

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry settings is preferred a robust willingness to learn is valued
Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and proper sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Basic cooking skills with a focus on meal preparation and food presentation
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service support
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Enthusiasm for learning new culinary techniques and contributing positively to the team environment
