Overview

Join our Tim Hortons team as a Food & Beverage Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food, sandwiches, baked goods and beverages while providing friendly and efficient service to our guests.

You will work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment where teamwork, cleanliness and attention to detail are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active and being part of a team.

Duties
Prepare sandwiches, wraps, breakfast items and other food products according to Tim Hortons standards
Prepare hot and cold beverages, including coffee, iced beverages and specialty drinks
Follow recipes, portion sizes and preparation procedures to ensure consistent product quality
Keep food preparation and beverage stations clean, organized and properly stocked
Follow food safety, sanitation and hygiene standards at all times
Check product quality and freshness throughout the shift
Restock ingredients, cups, lids, packaging and other supplies as needed
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and quality
Communicate with team members to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time
Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests




Follow all Tim Hortons operational procedures and workplace standards

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, customer service or a restaurant environment is an asset, but not required
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions, recipes and food safety procedures
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks during a shift
French and/or English communication skills are an asset

Pay: $16.60-$17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
