Job Overview

We are seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as A&W; Cashier/Kitchen Staff. This role offers an exciting prospect to work in a fast-paced food service environment, providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving delicious food. Duties
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Prepare food items according to company standards, maintaining proper food safety and sanitation practices
Serve food efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines
Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring timely delivery of orders during busy periods
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours




Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and quality standards

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures is beneficial
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Experience in upselling or suggestive selling techniques is a plus

Pay: $18.35-$19.25 per hour
