Food Service Supervisor

to join their team. This is a

permanent, full-time role

Food Service Supervisor , you'll be responsible for keeping things running smoothly — from

supervising staff

and managing prep schedules to ensuring every item that goes out meets Tim Hortons'

About the Role: Food Service Supervisor In this position, you'll oversee a team of 5 to 10 people across a variety of shifts — including

early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends . Your day‑to‑day focus will be on coordinating food preparation and portioning activities, setting and maintaining work schedules, and making sure the team operates safely and efficiently at all times.

You'll also be expected to handle

inventory tracking , submit operational reports, address customer concerns professionally, and train new and existing staff on proper

food safety, sanitation, and job procedures . This role demands physical stamina — expect a combination of standing, walking, bending, and working through tight deadlines in a

fast‑paced environment .

Benefits and Salary This position offers a wage of

$18.75 to $18.95 per hour

(to be negotiated), with scheduled hours of

30 to 40 hours per week . The role is permanent and full‑time, providing consistent employment with a well‑known Canadian brand.

Responsibilities As a

Food Service Supervisor

at Tim Hortons, you'll be at the centre of daily restaurant operations. Your responsibilities span

team leadership,



food quality assurance, scheduling, and customer service

— all working together to keep the location running at its best.

Establish methods

to meet daily and weekly work schedules efficiently

Supervise and co-ordinate

activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Train staff

in job duties, sanitation requirements, and safety procedures

Estimate ingredients

and supplies required for meal preparation

Ensure food and service

meet Tim Hortons' quality control standards

Address customer complaints

or concerns in a skilled and timely manner

Maintain records

of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

Prepare and submit

operational reports as required

Supervise and check

the assembly of trays to maintain consistency

Establish work schedules

for a team of 5 to 10 people

Requirements / Skills The ideal candidate is a

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required

Experience:

1 year to less than 2 years in a food service environment
