Flash Dash Electrical is looking for a dependable and motivated Counter Sales / Warehouse Helper to join our team in Surrey, BC.
This is a hands-on position combining customer service, counter sales, order preparation, and warehouse duties. We are looking for someone who is friendly with customers, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable helping wherever needed.
The position will start part time, with the potential to develop into a full time position based on performance, reliability, and business needs.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers at the sales counter
Help customers find electrical products and materials
Prepare, pick, and pack customer orders accurately
Assist with sales transactions and basic order entry
Answer customer questions and provide product assistance
Receive incoming shipments and check products
Stock and organize warehouse inventory
Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and warehouse
Load and unload materials as required
Assist with inventory counts
Help with local pickups or deliveries when required
Learn electrical products,
part numbers, and commonly used materials
Perform other counter and warehouse duties as required
Skills
Valid BC Driver's Licence – Required
Ability to communicate effectively in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, as these languages are regularly needed when assisting our customers
Reliable and punctual
Friendly and qualified customer-service skills
Comfortable using computers for basic sales and inventory tasks
Able to safely lift and move boxes and electrical materials
Electrical experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable and eager to learn.
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
