Ecoline Windows, one of Canada’s leading window and door replacement companies, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our St. John's team. We work directly with homeowners, specializing in replacement windows, doors, and patio doors.

This is a commission-based position with earnings based on results, not hours. Average representatives make about $80,000 annually, while top performers exceed $120,000.
Full training is provided; sales experience is an asset.
No cold calling — qualified leads are provided.

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations using Ecoline’s proven process.
Assess customer needs, present options, and close sales.
Perform on-site measurements and prepare quotes.
Guide homeowners through financing and timelines.
Maintain relationships before and after installation.




Generate recent business through referrals and networking.

Requirements:
Robust communication and people skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Personal phone and computer.
Flexible to travel locally and meet clients in the evenings.

Job Type: Full time, commission-based.
