Our client is seeking a Production Technician to join their team in Listowel, Ontario. This is a full-time, permanent chance for someone with strong hands-on assembly skills and an interest in electrical manufacturing.

The Prospect

In this role, you’ll assemble, fabricate, wire, fit, and inspect low- and medium-voltage electrical products. You’ll work from drawings and specifications, complete component testing and soldering, and help ensure finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities
Assemble and wire electrical components and products.
Read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and measurements.
Solder PC boards and complete component pre-testing.
Use hand tools and precision assembly techniques.
Identify drawing or assembly issues and report discrepancies.
Inspect completed work and maintain quality requirements.
Work collaboratively to meet production deadlines and targets.

What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
Recent hands-on assembly experience requiring valuable fine-motor skills.
Comfortable using hand tools.
Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
Basic mathematical skills.
Solid attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.




Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Electrical or controls experience is considered an asset.

Candidates selected for an interview will complete a practical assembly assessment, which may include interpreting drawings, wiring, and demonstrating attention to detail.
