Job Description:

Meal Prep Ottawa is looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our growing operation as a full-time Delivery Driver & Kitchen Assistant.

This is a hybrid role that combines daily driving responsibilities with hands-on support in the kitchen. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our meals are delivered on time while also assisting with food prep and kitchen operations when not on the road.

We’re a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Deliveries:
Deliver fresh meals to our Westboro location (daily)
Restock vending machines (including multiple daily trips as needed)
Deliver inventory to our airport location
Handle weekly B2B deliveries to corporate clients
Complete occasional special request deliveries for customers
Ensure timely, safe, and qualified delivery service

Kitchen Support:
Assist with basic food prep (portioning, packaging, labeling)
Support kitchen team with daily production tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
Follow food safety and handling procedures

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Comfortable driving regularly throughout the day




Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Team player with a strong work ethic
Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but not required
Must have own vehicle

Schedule:
Full-time (approximately 38–44 hours/week)
Mix of daytime driving and in-kitchen hours
Weekend availability required
