Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a robust focus on food safety and quality. Prior restaurant and kitchen experience is preferred, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. The position involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to specifications, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow food safety guidelines at all times during meal preparation and service




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required
