Job Summary

Join our team as a 310T Mechanic working on a up-to-date fleet of heavy trucks and construction equipment. Earn $35.00–$42.50/hour with strong benefits, secure year-round work, and opportunities for growth.

You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our fleet, including performing annual safety inspections on heavy trucks, construction equipment, and light vehicles. The role involves diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems, as well as completing preventative maintenance and maintaining accurate service documentation to support an organized and efficient shop.

Safety is your top priority as you promote and support a safety-first culture across the team. You will also contribute to shop operations by assisting with repair decisions, coordinating external work when needed, and helping maintain a safe, well-run shop workplace.

Responsibilities:
Perform inspection, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy trucks, construction equipment, and light vehicles, including hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems
Complete annual safety inspections and ensure all equipment meets regulatory and company safety standards
Execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs while maintaining accurate service records and documentation
Support shop operations by assessing repair needs, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment

Minimum Qualifications:
310T Truck & Coach Technician License (Required)

Preferred Qualifications:
310S / 421A Considered an Asset
Ability to diagnose and rectify results
Possess own set of tools
Ability to work some weekends, if required

Pay: $35.00-$42.50 per hour
