Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent to join our team in Edmonton. In this pivotal role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will be crucial in driving project success and fostering a collaborative work environment. Multi-Family & ICI experienced required.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Work closely with your assigned Project Manager as your "Project Partner".
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
Review blueprints and schematics for accuracy and feasibility.
Lead team meetings to communicate objectives and address any challenges.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Site Superintendent on Multi-Family & ICI projects.
Proficiency or ability with basic Microsoft applications.
Solid supervisory skills with a focus on team collaboration.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage project costs effectively.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
