Civil Construction Project Manager

General knowledge of field level operations for earthworks and deep services

Review project estimates with operations manager and estimators prior to submission

Contract review and execution , ensure proposal qualifications are in the contract as inclusion's or appendixes

Evaluate project performance and maintain communication with field operations

Chair and minute monthly supervisor meetings

Attend site as required , participate in project meetings.

Advocate safety and positive culture growth

Understand and execute change management as required.

Create and deliver project start up and close out documents

Compose monthly invoicing for projects

Estimating experience an asset, knowledge of bluebeam is an asset.





No post secondary education required. Experience is preferred.

Candidates with commercial experience will be prioritized.

Compensation exceeds industry standards but will be determined upon experience.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $125,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
