Conroy’s Custom Carpentry is looking for an experienced, skilled finish carpenter to join our team.

We specialize in high-end residential finish carpentry and custom homes throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We take pride in producing high-quality work and are looking for someone who takes the same pride in their craftsmanship.

The Role

You will be working on a variety of high-end residential projects, with work including:
Installation of interior doors and hardware
Baseboard, casing and other trim
Wall panelling and architectural details
Custom millwork and built-ins
Stairs and handrails
Cabinet and millwork installation
Scribing, fitting and detailed finish work
General finish carpentry and custom woodworking

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
Solid finish carpentry skills and attention to detail
Experience working on high-end residential projects
Able to read and understand drawings and plans
Comfortable using standard carpentry hand and power tools
Able to work independently when required and complete work without constant supervision
Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work




Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites throughout Toronto and the GTA
Own basic carpentry tools
Good communication and a professional attitude

We are looking for someone who is skilled, dependable and takes pride in doing things properly. If you are an experienced finish carpenter who enjoys high-quality residential work and can take ownership of your work on site, we would like to hear from you.

This position is for an experienced finish carpenter only. This is not a helper or apprentice position.
