CanTrust Canada Insurance Services is hiring a full-time Personal Lines CSR for our Richmond Hill office.

This is a sales-focused position primarily handling Personal Lines Auto & Home quotations, client follow-up and new business sales. Processing support is provided.

What We Are Looking For
RIBO licensed or actively working toward obtaining the licence
Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
Experience with Personal Lines Auto & Home Insurance
Familiar with rating systems and insurer portals
Solid sales, communication and follow-up skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese

Responsibilities
Prepare Auto & Home insurance quotations
Explain coverage options and recommend suitable solutions
Follow up on quotations and new business opportunities
Convert opportunities into new business
Complete applications and bind recent policies

Starting at $22 per hour

Monday to Friday

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
