Drewlo Holdings is seeking an energetic and innovative Interior Designer for a 3 - month contract. We are a family owned and operated company that has been in business for over 60 years. Since 1958 we have been constructing and operating rental apartment towers across Southwestern Ontario and proving homes to thousands of Canadians. We are the proud recipients of the ‘Rental Housing Provider of the Year’ award though the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Creating and implementing designs for apartment units, lobbies, common spaces, exterior selections and more

· Staging model homes and units

· Maintain a pulse on the current trends

· Managing furniture and staging inventory

· Collaborate and build strong relationships with various departments and levels within the organization

· Flexible and adaptable to make changes to designs/plans

Requirements:

· Diploma in Interior Design

· Preferred 3+ years of experience in interior design

· Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills





· Adaptable to adapt in a quick-paced environment, prioritize and multitask

· Able to collaborate with multiple teams across the business

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
