Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support a high-precision aerospace machining operation. This is a senior-level position suited to a programmer who can work independently from day one with complex multi-axis equipment.

The Role
Program CNC lathes with 5-axis live tooling and twin-spindle configurations.
Develop and modify programs using Mastercam and Fanuc controls.
Prove out and validate programs on the machine as required.
Review drawings, tooling requirements, and machining processes to ensure accurate production.
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues and make adjustments as needed.
Work independently while maintaining high standards for precision, quality, and efficiency.

What You Bring
10+ years of CNC programming experience.
Robust experience programming CNC lathes with 5-axis live tooling and twin spindles.
Advanced knowledge of Fanuc controls.
Proficiency with Mastercam.




Experience proving out programs at the machine.
Strong understanding of precision machining and tight-tolerance manufacturing.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Aerospace or other high-precision machining experience is highly valued.

Significant: This is an experienced-level position. Candidates must be capable of programming and troubleshooting independently; training is not provided.

Compensation
$40–$50/hour, depending on experience and skill level
