We are seeking a dedicated and Business-minded individual to join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing franchisee business and his growing team and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires robust attention to detail, excellent time management, and effective communication skills to coordinate cleaning tasks efficiently.
Duties
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial and facility environments
Operate hand tools and power tools for specialized cleaning or maintenance tasks
Use custodial equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met
Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, addressing minor repairs or reporting issues to management
Manage heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of tools and materials
Follow safety protocols and health guidelines during all cleaning activities
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns
Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines to ensure timely completion of tasks
Experience
Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance is a plus
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cleaning operations
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous
