Service Technician – Cabinetry & Millwork

Compensation: $25–$30/hour based on experience

About the Role

We are a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and bathroom cabinetry supplier and installer seeking a motivated and dependable Service Technician to join our team. This role involves in office service work including cabinetry touch-ups, repairs, part installations, and addressing service deficiencies with professionalism and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working directly with homeowners, builders, site supervisors, and installation teams in a professional manner.

Responsibilities
Perform cabinetry touch-ups, repairs, adjustments, and part installations in office
Diagnose and resolve service deficiencies efficiently and professionally
Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, site managers, installers, and internal team members
Read and interpret floor plans and elevations




Maintain clean and safe job sites at all times
Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and timelines

Requirements
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to repair, install, and adjust cabinetry components
Knowledge of cabinet finishes and touch-up techniques is considered an asset
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Basic hand tools required
Valid driver’s license required
Personal vehicle is considered an asset

Qualifications
Experience in cabinetry, millwork, finishing carpentry, renovations, or related service work preferred

Additional Information

A company vehicle may be provided for travel between the shop and job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
