Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food orders and transactions. You will play a crucial part in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently.
Handle cash and credit card payments, maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen as per food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Assist in training recent staff members on food preparation,



service techniques, and sanitation practices.

Skills
Strong background in food service with restaurant experience preferred.
Proficient in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food handling safety standards.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
