Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer / Shop Helper to join our team on a full-time basis. In this vital role, you will support daily shop operations by assisting with various manual tasks, maintaining a clean and organized work workplace, and helping ensure smooth workflow throughout the facility. Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment around the shop or job site
Support skilled tradespeople by preparing tools, supplies, and materials needed for projects
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sweeping, trash removal, and organizing supplies
Help with basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning machinery or equipment as directed
Perform light mechanical work as directed
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and others
Assist in inventory management




Support team members with miscellaneous tasks to keep operations running efficiently

Requirements
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn recent skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a shop or construction workplace
Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8‑hour days
Occasional Saturday work may be required based on workload
