Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. Duties
Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare invoices
Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments while maintaining vendor and customer records.
Reconcile accounts using accounting software such as Sage.
Assist with compliance by applying GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Prepare financial reports including budget analysis, account reconciliations, and tax documentation

Requirements




Proven experience in corporate accounting with a strong understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
Proficiency in accounting software including Sage.
Compliance standards and public accounting practices is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation accurately.
Excellent math skills combined with attention to detail for data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
