Duties
Support lead teachers in delivering daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
Assist with classroom activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
Supervise children during structured and unstructured times, ensuring safety and engagement
Facilitate small group instruction in core subjects such as math, literacy, and arts & crafts
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a positive learning environment
Support children with special education needs or disabilities by implementing individualized strategies
Help maintain a clean,



organized classroom workplace that encourages exploration and learning

Requirements
Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
Classroom experience or background in early childhood education preferred
Strong communication skills to connect effectively with children, parents, and team members
Knowledge of teaching methods for diverse learners, including those with disabilities or special needs
Familiarity with basic math concepts and early childhood curriculum development
Passion for supporting children's development through engaging activities and positive reinforcement
Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and support multiple age groups
ECE/ECEA license is needed

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
