International Kids Runway (IKR) is a North America-based fashion event platform creating runway and confidence-building experiences for children and teens ages 3–18.
Job Overview
IKR is hiring temporary staff to support events in Vancouver during October and November 2026. We are looking for smart, flexible, quick-thinking, and dependable people who work well in a rapid-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Support reception, guest check-in, and general event operations
Assist with model coordination and backstage activities
Help supervise children and support families during the event
Assist with setup, organization, cleanup, and other duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous event, reception, customer service, or childcare experience is preferred
Skilled, organized, proactive, reliable, and adaptable
Comfortable working with children, parents, and a team
Schedule
Temporary, event-based shifts during October and November 2026
Exact dates, hours, and venues will be confirmed for each event
Weekly hours are not guaranteed
