We are hiring 2 motivated sales representatives to help grow our premium protective film business in the Vancouver market. We specialize in high-end surface protection solutions for residential and commercial spaces, including protective films for natural stone countertops, windows tint, and security film.

This is an excellent chance for a self-starter who is confident in building relationships, generating leads, and closing high-value projects. Ideal candidates are polished, professional, hungry, and comfortable working on a performance-based compensation structure.

What You’ll Do:
Generate new business through networking, outreach, site visits, referrals, and follow-up
Build relationships with designers, builders, fabricators, property managers, and homeowners
Attend consultations and help present our services professionally
Follow up with leads and help move opportunities toward booked projects
Represent the brand in a polished and qualified manner

What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
Sales experience is preferred
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently




Skilled appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
Experience in luxury services, construction, home improvement, stone, real estate, or design is an asset

Compensation:
Commission-only role
