Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations in accordance with sanitation guidelines
Learn how to cut cake and how to make beautiful specialty coffees
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times

Skills




Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with robust customer service skills
Familiaduty with order processing and cash handling
Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory checks
Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales opportunities
Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence
