Position Summary

The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning related duties within their assigned location(s) within a residential multi-family setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sweep, scrub, mop, wash floors of entrances, laundry rooms
Pick up of garbage inside and outside of the buildings
Vacuuming of the hallways- carpeting, area rugs, hardwood and vinyl floors
Shampoo carpets & rugs
Wipe down appliances inside, out and behind
Dust furniture,



clean all metal fixtures and fittings
Cleaning of windows, walls, surfaces
Clean toilets, wash basins, taps, mirrors, tubs and showers
Clean, mop, disinfect kitchen, polish kitchen fixtures and appliances
Other related duties as assigned by Regional Manager

Qualifications and Requirements
Must have experience in cleaning job
Must possess a valid driver’s license (Class 7 holders are not eligible)
Must possess a reliable vehicle to use at work
Must successfully complete a security clearance
Adaptable to work 5 days a week, may include weekends
Effective communication and team working skills

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
